Our payroll service is all-inclusive so you don’t need to worry about paying for extras. The only additional charge we make is for emergency BACS payments but due to the checks we make and the checking window we give you – you shouldn’t need to use this.
We understand the pressure on schools so we make some recommendations but can be flexible if need be.
Prospects offer 2 service solutions – Customer Controlled or Fully Managed. If you aren’t comfortable making changes yourself, we are able to take care of that for you. We will enter your changes, perform internal checks and then supply you with the tools to check your payroll.
From day 1, you will have full visibility of your payroll data no matter which service option you choose. We will let you know when your payroll is ready for checking and supply you with a pre-pay report. You will be given a window to make changes to ensure quality control of your payroll.
Once you have decided to transfer your payroll to us, we will arrange a transition meeting to discuss information required and deadlines. A dedicated account manager will guide you through the process from start to finish. Your data will go through a cleanse and a parallel run to ensure your payroll is of the highest quality. Onsite training is provided in the first go-live month so that you can use our system to its full potential.
